The Developer of Kelowna Mountain located in the Upper Mission and of the Cottages at Secret Point on the Westside announced today a $25 million dollar blowout sale of prime Okanagan real estate. "We will be selling off prime Upper Mission homes and waterfront cottages at a savings of 20% or more, meaning a savings of $150,000 + off of today's lower adjusted market" says Mark Consiglio, Developer.

The developer of Kelowna Mountain has launched a $25-million real estate blowout in response to the downturn in the market.

"We will be selling off prime Upper Mission homes and waterfront cottages at a savings of 20 per cent or more, meaning a savings of $150,000-plus off today's lower adjusted market price," said Mark Consiglio.
